Sound Training Reporting Guide
After completing a training, before getting your micro-grant we ask that you complete a brief report. This report is intended to be sort of a report card for the student, but also potentially something that can be used as a bit of a testimonial. We are working on a way to optionally allow students to include these reports on their profile.
Beflow are the details we'd like you to include where applicable:

Describe the training. What you covered, how it went, things that went well, things that still need work.
Try and cover the following subjects where applicable:

Punctuality + Professionalism - Were they on time, did they work hard and take the job seriously.

Attentiveness + Care - Were they actively engaged in mixing, did they notice when things needed changing. Did they put in the extra work to ring monitors and tune things.

Problem Solving - How was their deductive process, could they think their way through a problem.

Attitude + Nerves - How did they handle stress, problems, pushy artists etc. How were their interactions with performers?

Technical Knowledge + Skills - Did they show a good understanding of the technical material, or were they just following instructions.

Mix + Musicality - How did their mix sound.
Current Level Assessment:
Give a general assessment of where the mentee is at and what sort of gigs they would / wouldn’t be suited for currently.
Recipient of event presenter portion of funding
A matching portion of the funding will be supplied to the event presenter of the event hosting this training.
